Figuring out the process

Me and Daniel have been working out our process for animating, from concept all the way through to finished animation.

First off, some boards I did to start it off with. Ended up not using these, but good practice nonetheless.
















Also, here's a small color comp I did for our first test shot



Here's our work area, working on 2 computers, with 1 Cintiq, 1 Wacom tablet, 1 scanner printer, lots of paper, paints, a lightbox, and other odds and ends.







And here's a short little test of a smidge of animation to work out our process a bit more.
